DIY Speaker Designs RSC CABINETS
Historical Basic Cabs, Build Your own Copy.
| This single 12" cabinet was covered with Vynide, had a strap handle on top. All corners were rounded and plastic corner protectors were used. 4 plastic or rubber feet were fitted to the base and a cloth covered 1/2" batten frame fitted inside the front recess to protect the speaker which was rear mounted. A standard 1/4 jack panel on the rear prived connection, tip of jack is speaker positive. | |||

| The RSC brand provided cheap basic equipment for the DJ in the late 70's and 80's. Now long gone the simple designs offer a good start for simple diy projects that will work and sound pretty reasonable. Construction is basic and meterials are cheap and readily available, | |||
